International Customs Extras

Some local customs offices will apply extra import tax and duties to your goods upon arrival into your country.  This is the responsibility of the purchaser.  You may contact the customs office of your country for such information if needed.

Refund Policy

We must be notified by email or telephone first.  Please do not send back goods until communicating with Seahorse Jewellery. 

We do not refund if you change your mind after final purchase decision. 

We do refund if an item was manufactured faulty. 

Please keep your receipt and postage package your goods were received in and return within 60 days unaltered.  Refunds can only be made to credit card customers with same credit card which was used for the original purchase.   You also have the option to exchange goods for another item of the same price or a credit.
